The Indian government on Wednesday blocked 118 more mobile applications, including PUBG, in the interest of "India's sovereignty and integrity, defense of defense, security of India and security of the state", enforcing Section 69 of the Information Technology Act.
According to an official statement, the banned apps include Baidu, Baidu Express Edition, Tencent Watchlist, FaceU, WeChat Reading and Tencent Weyun in addition to PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite.
